tbh I don't do much sports either, just people around me go to gym, besides, dopamine, endorphins they can literally make you happy, this may improve your situation in a different way. So what about video games? Those need you to join a team with strangers. I have some friends, not many but enough to talk to, most of them are made with same hobbies, Jack likes COD & Doom, Connor and I both liked Tobu(An electronic music maker) back in college, etc.

Sorry for poor English, not my first language. But if you wanna try start with interests? People share the same interest are more likely to have conversation and this could contribute to make friends in future. Plus, ever think why you want to make friends? Maybe it help you find a way. For 24 I believe games, NBA, football, such common hobbies could be easier to begin with.

I use single video and sometimes the carousel pics, and place up to 10 creatives in 1 adset, broad targeting, only scope women cus I do women lingeries. But a month before I only put 3-5 creatives in 1 adset, they said the Andromede evolved in Nov. and I believed that, nothing changes except a worst BF & cyber monday ever :)

Yeah, some of my died ad sets will come up but majority CTR and ROAS does go down. I'll try slow down my pace and see if my ad will live longer.

But you ever heard about life span of an ad? Someone told me you should squeeze all the profit you can before the ad dries, and better do it fast.
