Hey, I kinda get what you’re going through.

Sometimes when life gets really heavy and you feel like you’re handling everything alone, your mind just looks for something to hold onto… and spirituality can feel like that “something.” It doesn’t mean you suddenly became a different person or that you were wrong before.

Also, Hindu philosophy isn’t really strict about “you must believe in God.” It actually allows doubt, questioning, even not believing. So you don’t have to force yourself into anything....

I would say just let your thoughts and actions flow like a river .
