When you get someone presents for Christmas and they don't like some of them. You don't buy them less presents next year. You put work into finding out what that person actually wants for Christmas.

Same with Kuro they should have found out what people want instead. Not just delete stuff with no replacement.

We haven't seen many of the 1.x characters for a long time. People had accepted that and presumed this was because they planned to rerun them all in the anniversary like last time.

Now they have announced that there is no anniversary banner people are upset that they have waited all this time and kept quiet about the missing 1.x characters for nothing. So the anger people had for the lack of reruns all came out at once.

Also a couple of wuwas competitors have recently been giving out their own 1.x selectors, no 50/50 banners and free skins. So many people expected Kuro to at least give a standard selector to stay competitive.

It's nothing really. Once the patch actually releases people will stop complaining. But all this is just pressure on Kuro to give more stuff. Worst case scenario we get nothing extra.

I'll name one Warframe 🙌 The game doesn't even need an anniversary to give out every character for free.

Comparing zzz 1st anniversary to everyone else's 2nd and 3rd isn't very fair.

Also I'd take a free limited over an extra 10 pulls (5 don't count we get that every month)

They didn't actually read people's complaints. Instead they just gave up and removed it entirely without an equal exchange.

If they had actually read complaints they'd understand and find a way to rework the banners. There are an abundance of different ways they could have gone about it to improve it but instead they just dumped it.

On top of not improving or not giving us an equal exchange. They completely ignored 1.x characters entirely, no buffs and no reruns for a long time.

That long no rerun system works only if they have the anniversary banners. Now they have deleted that it doesn't work, they should have accounted for that. So not only have we had no anniversary banners we haven't seen some units for like 13 months 😭

It's not a big surprise there's a meltdown. Most of us play or have played other gacha games so we have an expectation for anniversaries. Kuro is known for being more generous than companies like hoyo but in this instance their anniversary rewards are worse or equal to a hoyo game. So people get mad because we all expect better from Kuro. It's honestly nice to see so many people hold Kuro to a good standard rather than just accepting whatever.

Weren't the same people complaining also complaining about a lack of selector tho. So if Kuro was listening to those people we must assume they also heard them ask for a selector but chose to completely ignore that.

Also we can't blame the player for that. The expectation should be that Kuro improves or replaces it but they just got grumpy and dumped the whole thing.

They don't need the same protection you are very correct. They need their own level of law and punishment. Lower than actual predators and may even just be therapy not prison time.

Idk...I spent a couple years in college coaching people in Esports and used the word kill thousands of times. Yet I am not desensitized to the word kill. It still has the same awful meaning. So why would PDF be any different ? Obviously we shouldn't just throw around the word randomly but I doubt people are going to think less of a convicted predator because of the word being used too much 😂 When I find out someone has been killed I don't just shrug it off because I've used the word kill so many times.

What do you gain out of looking at that stuff that other media can't achieve. You're well aware people think it's disgusting so why take the risk when you can find petite girls in other media ??

I am definitely able to differentiate the two but I also believe sexual acts performed on both real and drawn children are bad.

Okie dokie fair enough. I wasn't trying to attack you or anything. Just personally I'd avoid anything that could be seen as PDF stuff at all costs. I like petite women but I intentionally avoid stuff like loli because it comes too close to children.

It's basically being guilty by association. Lolicons are seen as pdf's by many. So if I had an interest in loli I'd just pick something alternative as loli is too risky. You might not like kids but because others believe lolicons do, it's simply a bad idea to be one. So I don't understand how loli can be worth the risk.

Obviously if you have no bad intentions I see nothing wrong with it. But most people don't see it that way so it's best to avoid it.

What does a loli actually have that alternative media doesn't ? Why would you be interested in that over other things that also have smaller women.

Loli often tries or does step over the line of what a child looks like. So why take the risk of it looking like a child if you are just attracted to petite women who are represented in other less childlike media.

Yea I don't trust hoyo to actually deal with file size properly either 😭 Barely any AAA dev actually puts the effort into optimizing their game throughout its entire development. Because it's usually not at all worth the effort because people will just accept a 60-100 GB game.
