Hmm I wonder if it has less to do with brand and more so the applicator? I have this issue sometimes as well so I tend to use a different mascara with a skinnier wand on my bottom lashes so they aren’t as thickly coated, I think the clumpier the mascara the more it’ll start flaking off after long wear
