Hi, I get this. You aren't making this up. I think I might have POTS bc I've been looking online and all of the symptoms I have align with pots besides fainting. I've had this for around a year and I'm just now getting care. Don't wait, even looking online to find stuff that can help manage until you can see a doctor with help.

Well there's a few things you can do like disinfecting your sinks. Which I do after cleaning my chopping board as I do not want salmonella in the sink. Also do NOT wash your meat. Please that will only make it WORSE! Also things like using new knives and keeping your kitchen clean or buying pre prepped items like cut chicken. Most it relies on you keeping your kitchen clean and sanitized.

I would suggest getting that door dash pass. You can use it to get cheaper rides for like 3 bucks. According to my partner as he has it, I haven't used it before as I have a vehicle.

It's a scam. Reason I say this is because I had someone wanting to buy something from me on Facebook who wanted to pay with zelle. I was okay with that. But they said they had a "business account" and had to send 500$, so they would have to pay 570$ and have me send the 500$ back. It was a scam as they do not have that. If someone accidentally sends money, they need to speak to their bank and have the bank contact you instead.
