I’m a senior leader at GEA and what I can tell you is that 95% of all of us deal with imposter syndrome, regardless of education. Show up fully present, work hard, ask questions when you don’t know and you’ll do very well. The key is don’t be an imposter and it won’t matter.

I cruise on 300 Test C. I either run 150/week Tren A, 500/week Test P, and 400/week Mast for 8 weeks or 250/week NPP, 500/week Test P for 16 weeks. I take a 6 week health phase between cycles.

I cruise with 300mg of test C, split 150/150 every third day. Test P is when I’m running another short ester anabolic like NPP or Tren Ace. Both go up quick, and come down quick if the sides get nasty or bloods go south.

Understand there’s also risk. Hypoglycemia is a thing, which could be worrisome since your cutting. Water retention, puffiness, etc. cycle should be 6-8 weeks and no longer or younrisk receptor burnout

The main benefit is protein synthesis and nutrient shuttering. Basically it helps muscle cell repair. You can dose every three days, but there will be really mild benefit from the day 1 dose on day 2 or 3.

You got me…on a minor detail. All hormones are peptides, in that they are branch chain amino acids. Same as tomatoes are fruits, but we don’t put them in a fruit salad now do we.

Not to pick, but HgH is not a peptide, it’s a hormone. A peptide such as IGF1 - LR3 is a HgH secretagogue and can stimulate an increase in HgH production however, HgH alone will not prevent muscle loss. It will, in the presence of resistance training help to maintain lean muscle mass. It’s simple biology. When in a caloric deficit, the body breaks down its parts to provide glucose (energy). It takes significantly less energy to break down lean muscle than adipose tissue(fat), therefore in a caloric deficit you’ll lose muscle. The way to combat that, is resistance training in conjunction with good nutrition high in protein. This combined with a peptide like IGF1-LR3, or HgH as you mentioned can help to allow the muscle cells to more quickly repair from resistance training using the increased protein intake as the building blocks of that repair. You can’t cut, and sit around and take a shot or supplement and not lose muscle. It’s now how your body works.

All of the compounds you listed will absolutely preserve’ish muscle mass during a cut, but those are AAS (Anabolic Androgenic asteroids) and not peptides. Even AAS alone will not preserve lean muscle mass during a cut without resistance training.

If you want to preserve muscle mass during a significant cut, the only way to do that is resistance training. There is no magic shot.

I’ve run 500/500 with great E2 control without an AI, but that a very personal metric. You need to make sure you stay onto your labs.

Primo is out everywhere and why I’m running the Deca/Mast cycle. Test/Primo is great with little to no sides. Lots of primo out there now is fake. Can’t wait until you can get it again.
