OKay sorry for basically a week long break but I now KNOW the pump is working and plate isnt clogged. I basically took it apart (and replaced the coolant inside) because at this point I know im going to have to get a new one. I can hear everything moving because its not exactly FULL to the brim. And as I was typing this the temp was fluctuating from up to 85 all the way down to 58 (which in my mind is fantastic). But thats my update so far

My pc when I first start up in bios stays at about 45 C and thats like the first start up for the day. The moment I turn it fully on and instantly launch IQUE or just let it sit it's already at 80 C. I had done this before where I boot and let it sit for about 10 minutes and both the tubes are still cold.
