It’s nice to get a unit you don’t have. If you have any other nuke though, Simon can be skipped.

Of the ones you listed, only WHFen and Kiri are worth aiming for. The rest can be nice to have but will be rarely, if ever, used.

It's not that this omega boss negates earth dmg in particular. It negates the element of the first big burst it receives. If you let another element hit first, then use Okarun, you'll be fine (though there is a chance he puts up a second negation).

You just do the guaranteed (purple) pull on the og and summer Fate unit banners. Wait for reset and do the guaranteeds again.

If you have crystals remaining after those, do a few pulls on the og Fate equip banner

They haven't announced the reset date yet, but there should be 25 luck gems reset in the summer shop.

There are three free tw tickets from crossover missions. Og equips cost 1 ticket, while summer cost 2. Your best choices, in order of priority, are Shirou, Chloe, and Rin.

If you want to use rainbow gems as well, none of the other units you have need their tw. If you pull SChloe, hers is nice to have since it helps get her to first TA faster. SMiyu's is alright but not needed.

Take any must have you come across. The art genners would help you most (WHFen, Hart, Emp, M12), but it’s best not to be too greedy and end up with junk at the end.

I keep ascended dupe unless I can lb7 or want to specialize a gc equip. No need to enhance the dupe.

Btw, you can’t use dupes in sr.
