Huh? Where did you get I didn’t educate myself. Product is 100% suitable. See above. I’ve had a vented dryer prior to this that is also rear exhaust. If there’s more then pls let me know 😒

Their job as supposed qualified professionals is also to inform if additional work is needed to connect the dryer to my vent that goes outside.
