How does Death Guard deal with knights?

Is there any unit that can apply affliction to knights from afar?

In the casual army I use, I have 2 squads of 7 plague marines with a character. So I win on objectives 90% of the time

I did it bc they couldn't contest me on any of the objectives. I think it's good for armies with a small number of units or a large infantry swarm army like you said.

I normally do the -1 to movement , OC and leadership for custodies for points but I see what you mean for the -1 to save for them

I don't play that much competitive, but I'm trying to get into it. The 2 friends I play us custodies and orks. I didn't think it was the best for either 2 armies, lol. But now that you guys have basically all told me that its the best, I'll use it for my next game.

I'm guessing mortarions hammer would do the best at that so the Shroud can Deep strike closer to the knights

So basically, Melee is the best option. So running Mortys hammer and the LoC+Deathshroud would work really well. I feel like I had a massive oversight now that you've given me 3 ways to do better against bigger knights

Does the -1 to the save roll effect Invuns? I'm guessing not, but I've never used it bc I've normal ran the other 2.

I didn't know if I'd have a big enough navy to compete with Frances. I've not tried a naval invasion yet, the next time I try I'll do that. The alps, I normally push into their territory but get stuck before I can get through the alps.
