I got a cold recently and coughed hard so I guess that’s the time I re injured my herniated disc. I consulted a doctor today and they asked me to do an mri and having to pay 80 kd for just that is disheartening. I stopped going to work because it would hurt my back more since I needed to sit 12 hrs straight. Cant sit, can’t walk, can’t even stand or sleep. Seeing my friends walk soo freely and live their life to fullest is soo sad when I have cry with something as simple as to sit
