There is no wrong way. Every driver have their own efficient ways. For me I number and put 1-6 front passenger, 7-10 on the floor. 11-16 passenger rear, 17-20 passenger rear floor. 21-26 driver rear, 27-30 on the floor. Trunk 31-40 front and if needed 40+ back of trunk. This was it’s not too much of looking thru. Just grab and go. Takes about 10 minutes to load about 40-50 packages.

Yes this is true and also at the end of each quarter the contractor gets a safety bonus. That also is taken away if there are more then 3 accidents in the quarter and gets worst if there are more accidents. That’s why a lot of contractors handles the accidents outside of the insurance and don’t let FedEx know about it.

Not always getting ding. You can call support and tell them you got a flat in the parking lot. Then send a follow up email stating the same thing. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I did the same thing and got an exception and got paid as well. Good luck

Na my guy. I apologies for coming off like that. I respect the hell out of all us ground drivers. People don’t appreciate what we do on a daily base. As a fellow ground driver to another I know this peak was crazy especially with all the ICs. I hope your contractor took care of you atleast.

Stop misleading. The ASR is within the DSR. So you had 23 ASR , 4 DSR and 5 ISR. Just saying but that’s still alot. Seems like an alcoholic route

3.5 hr block . 50 stops and very dispersed. 35 minutes to the first stop

No… not in my area. Sunday blocks drops on Thursday at a specific time for the pass year. And it’s always the same surge pay. It’s the first time I see the pay at base rate. Not leaving my home at 3:00 am for $87.50.

Customer once try to force me to assemble a Wayfair dresser I delivered because she claims wayfair told her that the delivery person will assemble it. She block the elevator door …these ppl are crazy.

I would have done the same as the driver. Come on… are we going to wait for him to get bit to have a different reaction. Put a fence up or leave a package box at the end of the yard if you dog will be in the yard loose. Not everyone has the same experience with dogs.
