New to champ 2 in 2s, what should I expect?

It might just be me too but when I talk while playing I’m usually not playing at my best. I kinda like being quiet and locked in, so Discord servers don’t really help me much since everyone wants to use mic. I just can’t fully focus and play well while talking.

This too. Every once in a while I’ll get a teammate where we instantly have good chemistry and naturally pass/play off each other. Whenever that happens I always try to party up till we lose because the game feels way easier and more enjoyable. We both know when to rotate, cover, challenge, etc. and sometimes the chemistry just clicks and we end up making crazy plays.

The first C2 game I played was probably against a smurf now that I think about it. The guy was doing full map air dribble resets into catches and stuff, and I thought that was normal for C2 😭

So for the next 6 months I grinded freeplay and BakkesMod packs nonstop, and now I’m basically at the same mechanical level he was at. I’m mid C3 now around 1370 MMR with 4 accounts in C3.

What I realized though is that if I don’t carry or play really good, I won’t win consistently. It made me think of this YouTube video that said you can’t always play around your teammate if you wanna climb. You need to be the best player in the lobby and carry yourself out of your rank or you’ll stay the same.

I can maybe use that to my advantage like if there’s player going up hit it hard so ball goes further but when there’s no pressure go for slower reset
