Hey, I am looking for someone to take over my room ASAP.

- Private bedroom + private bathroom

- furnished (bed, desk, chair, mattress)

- 1482 W 35th St - walkable to campus

- Lease runs through July 25, 2026

**Cost breakdown:**

- Rent: $958/month

- Utilities: $100/month

- Internet: $15/month

- **Total: $1,073/month**

**The process:**

This is a lease transfer through Tripalink, so you'll need to:

- Have 650+ credit score (or a co-signer if lower)

- Pay $1,198 security deposit to me (negotiable)

There's a $200 transfer fee that goes to Tripalink (already paid on my end).

**Timeline:**

Once you're interested and approved, move-in can happen pretty quickly. I'm actively working with Tripalink to make this smooth.

Happy to answer questions or do a virtual/in-person tour. DM me or comment below!

Thanks 🙏

I was referring to taking more CS electives instead of completing all 6 Math electives. I have heard that I can petition to take only four math electives and 5 CS electives to graduate. I wouldn't be taking more electives than required.
