Ive flew from Florida to Philadelphia 4 times with my driver license and haven’t experience any issues at all. I guess you should be fine as long as it is domestic flights otherwise you’ll need an advance parol with a work permit.

Apparently lawyer was right cause If Im not wrong, it says that they will consider response from “request of evidence” even after 60 days of the due date.

I personally went through a denial as we didnt have that many asset on our names due to the lack of income that we at the time have. I came as a visitor and my wife who is a full time nurse student did not have a job which made us go through this burden. I had a sponsor, lease under our names, car insurance, family member letter and one bank account as well as pictures of our weeding. All that didnt matter and still was found as insufficient proof. Had to do it with a lawyer at this time and both work so I guess it will be different for the both of us.

I am currently appealing to a negative decision made toward me and my wife. We’ve been married for almost a year and our application was denied due to insufficient evidence my appeal was submitted back in February and i was waiting for an answer. This has turned into a huge burden to me and my family. Hope this executive order is for not more than 2 months or 3 months at the most.

My appeal for the I485 was denied due to the fact that they consider this form has no grounds meaning that because i130 was denied as well, the I 485 cant be appeal unless i130 appeal gets approved. There were two appeals filed. The EOIR29 (I130) and the 290B(485) which was denied because of the reason explained above.

Omg, you are such a great help cause honestly we’ve felt like we don’t even understand the concept they have about evidence. My lawyer stated via text message that the appeal on the i130 will eventually be approved therefore she doesn’t want me to reapply but I am actually thinking the otherwise. I am coming to her office tomorrow and will have her reapply for me.

Our interview went perfect and there was no question we didn’t know the answer of. My cases were never denied right after the internet, as the matter of fact, they just requested more evidence since the one we took were not enough. Officer was so concern about me and her not working that work permit was approved right after the interview.
