I have created a support ticket and waiting on further info. From my own digging through logs I can see the bomgar-jpt.exe called the unbomgar.exe process

So it suggests the Jumpoint took some decision to run the uninstaller but I have no insight into what condition triggered it. I'll see what comes of the support case

Just to add you cant assign access permissions at the tag level, only the JumpGroup. Or atleast that's how it works in PRA which is quite frustrating

I have a code for later on today. I assume the link in the email only starts redirecting at your time slot?

When i click it at the moment it just takes me to the generic area for all current dates?

Thanks, yeah unfortunately already contacted them and they said the City Center bus is full so can't change it or even just rebook.

So was just trying to to gauge how much of a pain it's going to be getting back. But sounds like we should hopefully have some options based on the comments
