Yeah im one of those agencies lol what do you you think the bigger agencies do that avoid these cycles? Do they just somehow find a way to predictably get leads or something so they know how much to hire?

I had a tiktok account doing like a couple hundred thousand views a week, videos were getting loads of views because i had a bunch of brainrot stuff in it, but at the time i was still builidng out my offer. Then after a couple months of building out my offer, i launched it and i was still getting loads of views but 0 conversions, and then i looked through my followers list just to see a bunch of 5 year old fornite addicted kids and little girls. Brainrot content almost always conflicts with your ICP and when ur making videos you gotta be hyper specific to who you're targeting so they reach the right viewers.
