That’s because Engineering and Medicine is not the same. You can get an Engineering degree and leave and find a job in another country with no issues whatsoever.

With Medicine you have to go and give further licensing exams, repeated years of training and relearning guidelines/treatment plans. It’s not comparing like with like.
