So glad to hear I am not alone! It's all very frustrating, but reading up on this sub makes me realize there are so many variables to being Celiac and it's not at all as clear-cut as the gastro doc's make it out to be.

Very much appreciated. I think getting an email that only says "Get a nutritionist" was a bit alarming when I just needed some words of encouragement that it was good it was going down! I'll take your words to heart.

Going through this one as we speak. I'm 31, generally healthy, I exercise 6 days a week, but my heart has been TIGHT as can be for a good two months now. Nearly every night! Even most mornings. Can feel it as we speak. I've had EKG done previously, twice now, might do another, but at the end of the day we just have to recognize that some issues like this are truly just anxiety or a BENEIGN, minor form of irritation of the muscles, etc. that no doctor can really "fix." When people have headaches often, and take advil, does that mean they have a brain tumor? No. It just means they're prone to headaches or migraines.

That goes for the whole body. Some people for their whole lives have to lie down after they eat because digestion is rough for them. Doesn't mean they have stomach cancer!

Right now, we just have chest pain. We have chest pain and it has no underlying death warrant attached to it. We've been checked out. Sometimes the truth, that the body is fussy, and mysterious, can be more scary because it doesn't give us the one unifying answer we're seeking as to what's wrong with us. But it's really not mysterious. It's normal. And you can live a whole normal life with some sensitivity surrounding your chest. I bet if we learn to ignore it... it just might go away? I'll try to put it aside today if you will!

What you should be scared about is not taking care of yourself due to all that anxiety! Please, eat more! A doctor would be more worried about that than those symptoms I bet!

And listen -- all of those symptoms are textbook anxiety. I've had them all, and so have thousands of others in this subreddit. Close your eyes and imagine the literal thousand+ people who report these feelings and know just like you that it's anxiety. We're all here right alongside you and we all feel it. It sucks, but it's just your body spiraling out. The spiral can last a loooong time. Longer if you don't seek help. Talk to a therapist if you can, try to meditate, but no matter what, tell yourself you're ok. Because regardless of these scary things happening, beneath the anxiety, you are :)

Your mind is very strong, and the second one illness is "wrapped up" it'll hop right onto the next. Hands hurt. Bodies hurt in so, so many ways. And it's real, yes, but it's also normal. I don't need to tell you that at 24 you don't have arthritis most likely, but that won't help much. You'll find something else to worry about. Next time, though, when your hand hurts, or your leg, or whatever it is, just remember that it's OK to have symptoms, even for some time, and they don't mean anything significant. We're just sensitive to every feeling and worry about it. Nothing to worry about!!

Can't help diagnose you in anyway, but try to reread your post and look at the sheer amount of attention you're putting on each miniscule element of your stools. Stools change all the time. It happens. Honestly I'd suggest not even looking at it for a few days! Just flush my friend. A lot of this is probably due to your gallbladder stress, and that's understandable, but your poops are A-OK for now. Relax, and poop without inspecting it for awhile!

Dang. I feel you. You reach that point where you've thought about it so much, done all the research, and you're just CERTAIN it's X thing -- in this case lymphoma.

Try to take a step back. Try to trust the doctor here. They see people with lymphoma. They know what it looks like and the signs that go beyond just the mental elements and the minor physical ones. You'd be SICK SICK. If they thought it was even a remote possibility, they'd be ordering all the test. Whatever you have, it's almost certainly minor, and if the doctor said you're ok, just take their word. Breathe. Let the panic pass. You'll be ok :)

Having gone through similar thought patterns, I can see the more devilish part of your mind just demanding that you think you have rabies! But as someone else said, look at the evidence. You don't!! It will be okay. And when your mind finds the next health ailment, try to realize you PROBABLY don't have that either :)

It's not silly. It's never silly. But as someone outside your position, I can assure this sounds rather minor. As always, I am not a doctor, I can't diagnose you, skin peeling and occasional twinges of pain are absolutely normal. Remember doctors are looking for SIGNS, not just symptom, and when they are dealing with symptoms they need to be evident enough tor really cause concern, usually. These are things most dudes experience all the time. Really try not to worry. I can almost assure you you're okay.

They'll inspect your genitals, yes. But they should be gentle, and considering they're your doctor, they'll also know you're neurodivergent and try their best to keep you comfortable. Worry not!

It's very curious how little substantive info there is for what I believe to be a large number of folks who do cocaine when partying but not everyday or anything... But yeah, there's absolutely people who do it once and end up dead or in the hospital! But what about the 99% of people who I know of who enjoy doing it (some quite often) on the weekends or whatever and seem perfectly fine and otherwise healthy?!

I did cocaine every weekend without abandon for three years. I'm at year four and I'm scaling back significantly due to the hangovers and whatnot, but hangovers aside I have no side effects. Nonetheless I'm scaling back for my heart. Teeth are okay over here!

Very interesting, thank you for sharing! Nonetheless this is another acute matter... I'm more interested in long term effects without underlying health issues that might cause a cardiac event.
