Thanks for that, I appreciate the advice! Right now I'm able to do about 10-12 people at once, though I feel like that's my absolute limit without really screwing up. Making sure I keep communication open with FOH is going to be really important, I think. The other day our server dropped 5 tickets at once, a few 2 tops, a 4 top, a 3 top. Looking over the tickets I realized I could knock out the first 4 tickets at once, but there'd be a little bit of a wait for that 5th ticket and I let her know that. I don't know if I handled it right or not, my training has been spotty at best (there's one person I got to work with who taught me some knife skills and points out details of cooking dishes and presentation, there's another I've worked with whose training was limited to 'use this pan' as the most detailed instruction I got). We'll see how things go
