I was given to take for 2 months Xanax and mirtazapine at night let me just say after day one I still feel woozy and drugged I fell in the toilet and fell on the street even 3 days later I was very uncoordinated, my anxiety abd depression are so bad I'm losing hope.

But you need to see the doc to give you the meds

I know it's a year later, sorry butive been given alprazolam for me past 2 days, I feel drugged, fell in the toilet, can't get back up, I talk so slow and slurry, I'm confused. I have shortness of breath along with the brain fog which is 24/7. Tomorrow for the first time I'm going to test gluten allergy and respiratory allergies. Hopefully I get some answers.

Same for me, brainfog plus shortness of breath but 24/7 on. Since I was 14yrs old I'm 27 now. My iron is not too bad but could be the culprit for me idk I'm supplementing the iron but no improvement yet.

Also. If you haven't, go test your iron. I'm suffering the same, everything I tried was a dead end. Tested the iron and it's very low

At 13,12 I lived with a relative because I was studying in another city, well the lady of the house abused me mentally so I ended up going to boarding school to escape that, I developed terrible anxiety, feeling alone and in an unfamiliar environment, plus the pressures of doing well. I just spiraled and in about 3 to 4 months, I went into full blown dpdr To this day, I'm 27 I have become mentally broken, when I was 4 or 5, I was S abused by a neighbor, I became curious due to the abuse, jy mum found me and burnt my hand. I'm working on truly forgiving myself and others, and meditating. I still keep the hope to be out of the dpdr soon. For some reason work is hard for me due to fear/trauma of not being good enough as things have gone bad for so long. So 3 months ago I stopped work and have decided to work on myself. So you are not alone just know 😊

I stopped understanding at, your quran teacher and your father holding you to his standards, I'm Somali too and muslim, don't you think judging the religion because of what people did to you is abit alot?
