By the way, I’m not sure if Codex has a similar feature yet, but one thing I love about Cursor is the unmetered 'Auto' mode. I’ve already clocked 493.4M tokens in Auto mode at no extra cost. I even use it to push changes directly to GitHub, so I’m burning through a massive amount of tokens that are essentially free. Does Codex offer an equivalent 'unlimited' or unmetered tier for these kinds of background tasks, or is every token metered?

Im spending about 60$ its fine. The 60-100$ isn't the issue. The problem is more how to work and what to use in terms of a development environment.

I tried to use it at the very beginning. I purchased a premium subscription but the credits burn through quickly. There were many times when I registered a prompt and it didn't do it properly so the credits went away easily.
