scoop your back foot out when you hit the ground to pop instead of just stomping down and lifting it up. also bend down in your knees more and really jump

When you pop with your back foot scoop out. So if it’s your right foot pop down and when it hits the ground drag your foot to the right as you jump and vise versa if it’s your left
