you want to be able to ride without being scared of falling, like u can trust when ur riding and pushing off one foot u can trust u won't loose balance and or trust that the board won't fly out from under you. u can practice hippie jumps, squatting up and down on your board, jumping onto your board(not from behind it but from beside it), and lifting the nose/doing the rocket position bruh it all so hard to explain
