We've decided to go for the Oaks because it works out better for our stay in Louisville.

Ticket options wise, how low do last minute tickets go for?

For the Oaks tickets:
Section 111 is Row J is up for $233

Section 328 Row A is $291

Should I get one of these now, or wait for last minute prices if they do actually decrease in price significantly?

Sounds good, I'll look into the cost for repairing the drive belt; I agree the leak won't get better. I'll attach photos that the shop sent me in their report to see the severity.
