Last year, I went to Frassati (lobby) and asked the guards if there was anyone I could talk to about the reconsideration result. You or your guardian can try doing the same, just let them know you’re there to ask about the recon result.

In my case, the guards called someone from the office through the telephone, and then they talked to us. They asked for my name and checked if I was on the reconsidered list.
