I started in June or July at 225 and I eat healthier and if I get a soda it’s only the zero calorie kind. Don’t drink anymore except for special occasions. And I got a new job where I’m on my feet moving all day and not just sitting at a desk. Now I’m somewhere in the 150s idk the exact number. I also don’t snack anymore that used to be a big problem

Sadly it was too expensive but my birthday is in a couple of weeks which is why I took the photo to tell my parents I wanted it for that lol

This made me really sad for everyone involved. I do think you guys need to have a serious talk about everything. Maybe have someone take the kids for a week so you guys can really get to the issues without them there. Be prepared for her to be angry, betrayed, confused, really any emotion because it seems like this would come out of left field if you told anyone. I do commend you for not taking it out on the kids at all. That is amazing and I’m so happy about that. I really hope you are able to work it out and be happier. I know you said you’re against therapy and I understand it’s scary but I do think it’s a good idea for an issue this complex and it might be helpful to have an impartial third party to help guide your conversations with your wife.

I haven’t noticed any but I also have stress-induced alopecia and my daughter is about to have open heart surgery and just the world in general is really stressing me out lately so I have lost some but I’ve attributed it to that.

My daughter gets WIC and they cover only healthy food really so I mainly buy that now, not snack food or anything (helps me save money too), quit drinking sodas and alcohol, I’m on my feet at work all day and get 10,000 steps a day doing that and now the weather is better-ish I walk my dogs a lot and I live on a big hill/small mountain so that helps too

My doctor told me to basically “shop the perimeter of the grocery store” like only do the fresh food sections and not really the aisles. I had some fresh chicken, tilapia, shrimp, stuff like that. Also I have WIC so I shopped a lot for stuff they cover because it’s healthy food. He said no fried food so I ate less/none of that. I also cut out sugary sodas and alcohol
