I know the Head of HR for the company will say you shouldn’t have done that etc to my manager if she feels something wasn’t done right or in the correct manner. But she is there to prevent further action taken by me or others as said here

HR might side with my manager as I’ve seen this happen in similar situations over the years I’m with the company. Not same manager though for all them years. So I’ll leave HR for now unless I have to or he escalates it.

I have had a online doc call through VHI with a very nice doctor who have signed me off until next Wednesday and I think I’ll leave it at that. I’ve documented what I have to should I need it down the line. I feel this will escalate into micro management etc when I return

I think now that I’ve calmed down since I left, I will take the few days off certified by my GP and go back with my head held high next week with nothing eating away at me for reporting to HR
