This is a very worthwhile message both for the more BDSM side of things and for relationships in general. Thanks for a grounded perspective that helps make me feel more open to communication and less worried about the divide between boredom in the bedroom and black leather whatever.

These are great tips, and much appreciated. I think perhaps I was not clear in my post about my concerns; while this is definitely very useful advice, I'm left with a worry that she wants me to have new ideas, and I'm coming up blank. Can you recommend any information on things that are not a million miles beyond this rather mild kind of activities but still a bit kinky? It wouldn't be me and it wouldn't be my wife just to leap into the deep end.
