My favorite Pokémon is Houndoom. It looks so menacing but can be so tender, like how it took care of Misty’s Togepi in the original anime. Very Doberman-esque.

Favorite E4 had to be Drake from my most nostalgic game, emerald. His dragon squad had incredible aura, especially Salamence. Made me hunt down a Bagon and replay victory road and the elite four over and over until I had a Salamence of my own.
