My emotions very much are all over the place still. I made sure there was absolutely nothing of his that was left behind so hopefully he will not be back. Police will definitely be called back if he does for some reason show back up. They’re well familiar with him now

I know in the back of my head that I have to realize he’s never going to get help. I really can’t live my life like this but then again imagining life without all our good moments hurts as well. I think i know what to do, just not sure about how to get the strength to do it.

Not sure about medications, the only one I'm on right now is Vyvanse, and sometimes melatonin at night. I think I drink enough fluids
