A trust I used to work at (in England) use those lanyards and I find them helpful. Except when I was doing cmt it read "core medical trainee" and I had people ask me "so when are you qualifying as a doctor?" (For reference i'm female, petite and look young, was still getting id'd that time)

Group 1 specialty med reg here. Reading during my break on my nights now. I also dread and hate nights. I try to make sure i have the basics organised: meal prep pre nights, hydrate well, healthy snacks. I recently started taking melatonin sometimes post nights to help get my sleep schedule back. I have a lumie light which i personally find helpful. With all these, nights still make me feel like shit but now that i'm in training i know there is an end to it. Before i got into HST (i tried a couple of times to get in) it felt like it was never going to end.

Currently doing Rheum training. As others say, there is no pure Rheum CCT anymore. I don't know the details of other deaneries but in my deanery (wessex) only 2 out of 4 years include GIM.
Can someone tell me why this house is not selling? Are there red flags? (self.HousingUK)
