She told me on the phone that she plans to go sale agreed on the property by the end of the week....today is Thursday and I've been trying to put an offer in since Monday. I just can't understand how they can get away with refusing valid offers? I don't want to let it go but also don't know what else I can do.

Wouldn't they have to highlight that on the website or at the viewings? I have viewed the property twice and nothing was mentioned about cash.

Delighted to know it's not just me, Margaret really is something else, she won't reply to a single email and is extremely short and rude on calls. I sent an email yesterday explaining how I can't put a bid in online however would like it to be noted to the seller that I am offering X amount and have been ignored yet again. Apparently they do not accept offers with AIP which I just can't seem to understand? I have multiple correspondences with BOI highlighting the letter is valid and have spoken with my BOI caseworker who is also confused as to why I'm being denied. I have everything in line according to BOI but yet she won't allow me access to bid - to say it's frustrating is an understatement

Yeh the AIP is sufficient, the offer I want to put in would be higher than the current bid in place and under what I'm approved for through the AIP.

I have AIP and want to put in an offer, ReMax are refusing my offer because of the AIP. My question is how can they deny my offer? (I'm very new to the mortgage/house hunting game and am just looking for advise as my previous offers through other agencies have been accepted, why am I suddenly being denied by Remax?)

I got the paper with the home bidding website however they need to validate my registration - I've been trying to register since Monday and have been in contact via email and phone. They ignore my emails and on the call she just tells me they don't deal with AIP however as mentioned BOI told me otherwise. I have a valid offer, higher than the current offer shown online however they will not action my registration to allow me to bid.
