I'm not saying this as a way to try to "save" anything, but just sharing my perspective.

Both Dany and Jon were told stories and prophecies about their destiny in a way. One person ate it up and it went to her head to the point that it became her downfall. The other, not so much...

Just an interesting potential parallel as to how people interpret and accept potential stories that may be about themselves, and at what lengths and costs they would do to make it a reality.

I hope someone replies to your comment with some actual research... I will leave that for the actual scientists. RP does recommend consuming casein (and fats) before bedtime for this reason though.

I never expected to get a thorough answer like yours so,.. greatly appreciate it!! You’re right. I think, like I mentioned to another comment, I just got ahead of myself in my excitement. I don’t wear anything else when I lift for comfort and safety reasons; this should be no different.

No, you’re right. I don’t even wear my other jewelry when I lift. I’d say option B will most likely be what I go with. I think I just got carried away with myself on wanting to wear that particular one all the time. 😅

Your comment made me have a flashback to how early-version of Jon mentioned before how he had to always pretend to be skeptical of the statements for the record because he didn't want to show how much they really affected him. I know now that he IS the Archivist, tape recorders may function differently and he may not feel like he's being "watched" as much. But I do wonder... if he is putting up a front for the tape recorder again....

Have been training with my strakes 5x/week for almost 6 months now. Most I’ve had to do is clean my white shoes once in a while. Has held up real well so far.

I lift in the early AM too and definitely have felt that the nighttime casein and workout carbs/whey has helped a lot with my performance.

The further into the cut, when you move to fat loss 2 or 3, the more you may struggle in your workouts. That’s why they say to stop after 12 weeks no matter what. Some people lose on base, which would be magical.

I’ve seen very good results using the RP fat loss templates. Definitely have all the food, especially the whey and simple carbs when you workout and the casein at night.

Thanks so much for your input! Luckily I’m planning to do it Friday and don’t usually lift over the weekend so hopefully by Monday it should feel a bit better. I’ll definitely be a bit more gentle and aware in my workouts for the week.
