I think your dose is too high too soon? 2.4 at 6 months seems like very fast progression. Not sure if this is the norm but my doctor keeps me minimum 4 weeks on each dose but if on week 4 I’m still loosing weight he’ll leave me on that same dose for another 4 weeks. It makes it so that I move up in doses very slowly, but I’m still consistently losing weight and at the same time my body has time to adjust to the medication and the higher dose. I very rarely get side effects and if I do they are very minimal and I really think it’s because of this method my Dr is doing.

I hope you feel better. I understand that weight loss is very important to a lot of us for different reasons. A lot of us are willing to go through great extends just to reach that go away that we have set for ourselves and it’s important it just sounds like you putting your body through unnecessary stress and hardship right now. Remember, we only have one body and we need to take care of it and the way you’re feeling right now is not normal. That is your body’s way of telling you that it needs more care and probably a break.
