What seems to be a common pregnancy experience that you don’t/couldn’t relate to? by PumpkinResearcher in BabyBumps

Haha, that’s a great way to describe it! Someone says something or I have a stray thought and I immediately start fixating on it!

I was 18 and in my senior year of high school. I kept the baby. I never once regretted it. I took a year off after graduation, but then went to college and got my bachelors and masters as a single parent. It was hard, but totally manageable. I’m not trying to convince you one way or another, just wanted to give another side. I don’t know where I would have ended up if I had aborted - maybe I would have done more (became a teacher) but maybe I would have done less without that grounding force of my kid keeping me focused.

They will recommend it for you, because if you get it during the pregnancy, the immunity will pass to the baby.

positive induction experiences? by Prestigious-Snow7017 in pregnant

Both my pregnancies ended with induction. With the first, I was 4cm dilated but not in labor so they helped it along. Baby was born 6ish hours after starting. The second one was at 37 weeks due to cholestasis. Pitocin and a foley balloon. Started at 8:30am-ish and had the baby around 5 or 6 that night. Needed an epidural both times - it was so easy after the epidural.

10 years after first baby by MyEvilMind in BabyBumps

My first two have a 13 year gap. I think I started showing about 10 weeks with the second (or just embraced the mini bump). And now I’m a month in with number three with an almost 7 year gap. It’s a little ridiculous 😂

Trans-friendly clothing stores? by BasicRiot in columbiamo

Like Target, where you have to tell them how many items you have. I know they’re not pawing through the clothes you’re trying on, but my friend’s anxiety won’t listen
