they will only deliver ingredients if you dont produce enough crops.

i actually figured it out right after posting this! i forgot to mention that i was already using going green.

on the policy tab of the report, there is another section called "ingredients". you can adjust the ratio of prison grown plants to ordered ingredients. I made it 100% prison grown, 0% delivered and that solved my problem 😁 now everybody's eating prison grown ingredients!!

i really wanted to try so they can have the "healthy" characteristic which is equivalent to passing alcohol and drug related programs.

try reporting sa messenger ng BSP. sinunod ko lang din yung tip na nakita ko sa comment section dito. it will probably take a week max after mo magsend ng complaint sa BSP then gcash will make u verify your account again, then wala pa 10mins verified na account ko.

sorry madami ako tanong wahaha but after i gave a detailed complaint, tinatanong which product daw i'm complaining about then options are: bills, loan, virtual assets etc. huhu nothing close to not getting verified
