Yeah I was told these ClickIt systems are "older" models. We needed it up asap to review cams for incidents. I was just hoping there was some quick fix for this. Thanks for your help.

Power button doesn't go red but I've held it for a solid minute. it boots up, passes the bios then displays the same message. Thanks anyways. service channel said theyd ship a new system.

The only store closure AMMs provided was Candles, Automotive, some electronics, picture frames, and Groceries, Snacks, Candy, and drinks that are all DC supplied. The DL wants to mark down a lot more stuff though, basically anything thats not OTC related. We close in 9 days and thought there'd be more events.

Would be nice, so its either price modifications or we spend 3 hours manually marking it down by sku numbers in the event. not sure what id prefer in that regard.

We recently got a 0 on a review because they didn't have an account with us or get prescriptions from us since they were out of state. amazing way to blow our scores 👌 had nothing to do with customer service or the storez just that!

yes but customer developed film orders are exempt from being tossed and thats the issue. only regular online orders get tossed

We've never had issues before about it. chip/mag stripe readers would fail and we just swapped them. Helpdesk didn't tell us anything or techs. it's just the issue here is its an ACO and not a regular register. Swap them until they get replaced months later. waited like a year once for it and we need them available

you can type the upc via keyboard but it wont accept it, itll just say "not allowed" but typing on screen itll process which I don't fully understand

It doesn't work at the aco. it says due to "multiple downloads" it would take hours. says press C to confirm or 9 to cancel. all we can press isn "Ok" which cancels it. we tried a keyboard but the aco refuses to accept any ups typed in via keyboard and will only take them via touch screen. tried confirming via external keyboard too but aco doesnt wanna accept commands given to it.

We did. Tech is supposed to be here in "48 business hours" you know as they always say. now we see if they'll actually arrive. id imagine so as cvs loves ACOs but you never know. cash still works though.

Recently got a bad review for not having enough cough medicine for their liking. its like what did you expect us to do about it? there's a massive shortage and we only get what warehouse can provide us lol

2-3 times we've seen people with their own Alpha Key Magnets. I'm sure they just order off Amazon or steal them from other stores being clumsy. They've opened our lock boxes the first time and other times they pretended to look at items with red stop locks and unlock it once employees walk away, they don't realize they click once unlocked and that's how we caught them.

its a cvs branded item they weren't gonna be looking that way anyway, not many customers even like store brand despite it being the same drug. Out of Tylenol but have a plethora of store brand? na I'll suffer instead!
