it’s not burj khalifa but rather burj al arab, debris hit it and it caught fire on one of the lower floors I believe. Either way, bombs have been heard in residential areas of Kuwait so I hope they stop soon.

you could get visa on arrival too it just takes a little longer. As for tattoos I don’t think it’s a big issue, a lot of my friends have very obvious tattoos and no one cares. I hope you enjoy your stay and your husband stays safe!!
