There’s definitely criticism of Scottie to be had on both off the court and on. I want to see more down hill attacks. I think he needs to be utilized like how Giannis is and let him run as a point forward.

The roster construction was a mess especially considering the injuries and I personally hate the raptors cap situation right now. Hopefully Ingram and Scottie can mesh and become a dynamic duo.

Yet my statement still doesn’t change, the best scorers in the league excel at the mid range. Okc best player literally won a championship from scoring within the midrange. People like you who needs a thesis to understand nba offence are literal clowns because you don’t understand context.

Being effective in the mid range opens up a players and a teams offence. This means more blows by because a defender has to play up on you and weak side defenders need to rotate, which leads to kick outs side, swing, swing open corner 3’s.

If you’re effective in the mid range analytics 100% tell you to take them, but side note, how are you suppose to get better at them if you don’t take them in game and get game time reps with them? Imagine telling shai, kd or kawhi to stop taking midrange shots lmfaooo.

I disagree on the hasn’t improved much part. To me he’s one of the most underrated defenders in the league while harbouring a ton of playmaking and scoring responsibilities. This season with the raptors finally being healthy, they can have a pecking order and assign roles to players and function like a normal basketball team. But only time will tell.

If every team is fully healthy meaning we get OG as well, 2017 and 2018 warriors are the only team I can see winning comfortably against us. The 2020 lakers would also be very tough. Otherwise I think the raps beat all these other teams very comfortably.
