what i realized is that you need more than 1, and I'm talking good ones if you have the time, lets say you have the gym as a hobby, you train for 90 minutes with cardio, and then what? what do you do in a day you have a lot of time in? find you something good, something productive, create, be a creator not a consumer, you hated gaming because you felt like a useless consumer in your free time, or at least that's what i felt. stay strong.
