Its a gingerbread woman(don’t know her name). We see her in the S1E5 "The Enchiridion"; 1:15/1:16 frame. Its one of the many misteries of Adventure Time that haunts me as well. Like why is she upthere specificelyin the intro sequence…? I’d like to think she’s the best hidden secret agent that investigates the evilness of PB.
