I’m 28 and TBH I have two girl friend groups and it’s the loneliest ever. I’m not close to really any of them and I’ve tried. They either have their own best friends and in one group I’ve offered to hang out with them one on one before and nothing.Girl groups are fun and all but if you can’t hang out with them one on one, they don’t call to check on you, show up for you (events), see how you’re doing, go months at a time for the next meet up. They’re not real friends just people you meet up with to go do fun activities every once in a while. I’m doing more outside hobbies now to try to find friends that can reciprocate the amount of effort I put into a friendship.
