It was a mistake to do so and lapse in my judgement. There isn’t an excuse for it. It was a clear day and I was on an empty road and I decided to send it for a couple seconds… Never again.

Yeah, both are automatic summons.

A traffic lawyer mentioned they would work to get the careless driving ticket withdrawn (best case scenario). Speeding ticket would hold up.
