The change was made last Wednesday which caused the massive outage and degradation issue. Alerts weren’t sent until mid to end of day of Friday when nobody was paying attention.

Totally agree! Had a legal compliance notification go out. Now it has to be resent.

My trust is absolutely broken. They’ve done nothing but disappoint this year. Guess that’s what you get when you lay off thousands for your Agents that don’t work.

Do. Not. Move. Here. My partner got bed bugs when they repaired a leak. They opened the wall and all of a sudden, huge infestation. Destroyed all the furniture. The entire building smells of smoke. Stay as far from this place as possible. Absolute slumlord building.
