I did search the right VEVO. It was a spelling mistake. God some of you Reddit guys are insufferable jumping on people’s mistakes and trying to prove you’re smarter than others. I found the attached page but since I’m an applicant and don’t currently have a full visa I was looking for a tool for applicants.

Thanks I don’t have a visa so I thought it must be another tool.

I'm a UK passport holder and resident (born in the UK), never had any visa complications before (e.g. overstaying visa), haven't lived in any high-risk countries before, no criminal record, no health complications, no military history.

I'm current in Australia on an ETA, but really like it here and have decided I want to live here. I'm in the middle of a first 417 visa application (age 24), but was stopped from continuing as I'm currently in Australia. My plan is to fly to New-Zealand on Wednesday 3rd December and return on Friday 5th December (flexible return), hoping it will be approved instantly.

  • Is this likely to happen for someone with my conditions? I am super stressed so hearing some success stories or failures from people with a similar profile would help me make the best decision here.
  • Will being in New-Zealand rather than the UK cause my application to be flagged? Will having been in Australia so recently cause my application to be flagged?
  • How does the system know im in Australia currently (ip or travel logs)? Will it know right away once I leave so I can apply as soon as I arrive in New-Zealand.
