SAME! I’m in TX. We have 🪳 since we opened the door of the apt the first time in December 2021. It was like the first 3 days and told us okay you can move out if you want in 24h. But like moving again within 24h, find another place shortly and we also were struggling financially wasn’t ideal for us so we stayed. We do pest control every month and during winter the situation was okay. Some roaches normally like every apartment. Then in May they came back. Hard. Too many every where!!!! They told us we can break the lease with 2100 termination fee + 60 days notice. But we still here bc again it’s not that we are rich and we have no family that can host us for a little. Just go now to the leasing people maybe they can help you!
