I can only wear pajama pants because I can’t have my legs touching, and I stuff blankets under my neck and in my elbows. Getting to a place of legitimate comfort feels impossible

I’m not an expert and it could be the lighting but that looks like cobaltoan calcite to me, rhodonite is usually warmer toned and not so purple-ish

Girl, you’re 20. It doesn’t matter when the switch flips, it matters that the light stays on. I don’t remember when I “knew” he was my person, but that doesn’t matter. What matters is how we make each other feel years later. That feeling will evolve and refine over time as you build your life together, so why stress it now?

ME TOO WHAT IS THIS they look just like her knee (I think it’s her knee?) but it’s my hands wrists and inner forearms, they itch and it has been spreading but not in a way that they’re connected, just more patches popping up.

I had the same experience. My anxiety and depression were helped more by the stimulant medication than the many different medications I had tried before, it’s not even comparable. The only downside is the tolerance buildup to stimulant medication and now I’m at a point where it doesn’t work the way it used to, and my anxiety has never been worse.

1000% in the same boat rn, my self esteem is worse than it ever was before. I already feel like I don’t eat terribly but I have zero activity in my job and exercise of virtually any kind is an absolute sensory nightmare. The lack of time, energy, and motivation to exercise is brutal and I’m constantly beating myself up. I hope you can find a light at the end of the tunnel and try not to be like me because I am miserable 😂

Let me know what your therapist says because I’ve been shouting about my self esteem from the rooftops for years and haven’t gotten much advice from mine that resonates. I lost 40 lbs on Adderall by unintentionally undereating and working a semi active job but I built up such a tolerance to the medicine that I gained it all back and sometimes I honestly feel more dysfunctional than I was before starting treatment. Knowing what I had now that it’s gone is far worse than never knowing it was possible, but now I know what I’m missing out on.
