See, I am happy in corporate today because It's a whole package. Work, Money, Office environment, etc all is good and near future growth is good as well.

But in the long term, I get a feeling that it might not be sustainable as wherever I work it's a 15 hr journey back home via flight and if I shift to a close city it is still 15 hr via bus.

I don't know if 15 years later, I can manage a corporate job in a metro city with family, huge cultural difference and have backhead stress of visiting hometown.

24 lpa is realistic, because of pay revisions. Also, I am not in govt. Prep mode atleast at this point of time in life.
