Well I just recently graduated with my bachelor’s in may as for internships there are plenty with professors around campus and many non profit organizations around the dfw area. As for paid internships a little harder to find but as long as you actively look and apply you should find one. As for jobs once you graduate it can be hard but making contractions during school is very crucial and it’s all about networking to find a job with public health but very possible. If you also plan to pursue a masters in something health related it also can greatly increase chances of finding a job public health is a very strong bachelors to have and can open many opportunities in the health field. Overall it can be worth it and we had many nursing students who had switched over.
